Trader and service
The trader is SEBA, trading as memcontinuity.com, Colonia Gassol, 8, Bitem, Tortosa, Tarragona, 43510, Spain. Tax identifier: Y3806961S. Consumer and service contact: admin@sebaina.com. MemContinuity provides paid digital memorial plans and optional add-ons described on the selected order screen.
Price, payment and tax treatment
Before payment, the order screen and Stripe Checkout show the selected item, currency and amount payable. Optional add-ons require an active, unticked selection. The displayed price is the price presented for that order. SEBA is not currently presenting a VAT breakdown or VAT invoice; applicable tax treatment requires qualified confirmation and mandatory law always prevails. Payments are processed by Stripe; SEBA does not receive card-number or security-code data.
Digital memorial service and continuity
After payment, SEBA normally begins digital memorial setup and aims to complete initial setup within three calendar days. “Permanent” means that SEBA intends to retain the memorial data while its database exists and SEBA remains in business, unless a valid deletion request is made. It is not a guarantee of perpetual operation, an independent backup, or an emergency record. Please keep independent copies of material that matters to you.
Physical bronze medallion
The optional physical bronze memorial medallion is available for delivery only to eligible addresses in Spain; SEBA does not offer overseas delivery because of postage costs. The checkout total must show all charges before payment. Any delivery date, personalisation, return cost and non-conformity remedy are governed by mandatory law and must be confirmed in the final order information. The three-calendar-day digital setup target does not describe physical-goods delivery.
Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds
Eligible consumers generally have statutory withdrawal rights for distance contracts. A three-day setup target is not a three-day withdrawal or returns policy and does not shorten statutory rights. As an additional goodwill process, you may ask SEBA to review a refund within five calendar days after payment by emailing admin@sebaina.com with your order reference. This five-day review window does not replace, shorten or limit statutory withdrawal, conformity or other mandatory consumer rights. Separate affirmative consent is requested before immediate digital setup or immediate download. The exact effect of supply starting during the withdrawal period, any personalised-goods exception, return process and refund calculation are subject to applicable mandatory law and qualified legal review. Complaints and ADR
Send a complaint to admin@sebaina.com with your order reference, contact details and the issue. SEBA will acknowledge it promptly and provide a substantive response as soon as possible, and in any event within one month where Catalan consumer law applies. SEBA does not currently state that it is adhered to any consumer arbitration or ADR entity. You may use any statutory consumer-complaint, mediation, arbitration or court route available to you; this does not limit your rights.
Order confirmation
After payment, Stripe provides a payment record. SEBA’s order confirmation should identify the trader, order reference, selected plan or download, amount and currency, applicable service or delivery information, this terms version, the complaint route and the withdrawal information. Keep these records for your files.
Content, privacy and service use
You must have the right to provide text, images, video, music and personal information. Memorial contributions can be moderated, removed or made public only according to the chosen memorial settings and applicable law. The Privacy Notice and Contributor Agreement form part of the information provided for the service.
